Headquarters Aachen

The MANGOLDT headquarters in Aachen has been our home since 1948 and continues to be the technology centre for our group of companies.

In particular product innovations – such as our chokes with indirect water cooling – are developed and produced here.

State-of-the-art production technology supports this along with the latest computer-supported 3D design-to-manufacturing techniques. The production and storage areas at our Aachen facility have recently been modernized and expanded in 2011, and are the largest ones of MANGOLDT group.

Product development, sales and quality management for the entire group are organised and controlled from Aachen.

Production in Kaohsiung – Taiwan

HANS VON MANGOLDT TAIWAN Ltd. performs final assembly and inspection of the most popular chokes for the Eastern-Asian market since 2016. The newly constructed building in the duty-free zone of the Kaohsiung harbour in the South of Taiwan has modern production and testing facilities. Production and quality management are specified and controlled by headquarters in Aachen.

The location, beneficial for logistics, shortens delivery times in the Western Pacific area, simplifies and accelerates customer order processing and shipment. The facility has been consistently designed for growth and capacity expansion.

Production in Bangalore – India

MEHER MANGOLDT INDUCTORS PVT. Ltd. was founded as an equal joint venture with Meher Ltd. in 2013 to ensure best supply to the Indian market and the adjacent regions. This cooperation in Southern India, (Bangalore) is based on a partnership between the companies involved that has lasted for more than 30 years. Thanks to this cooperation, MANGOLDT group is optimally set up for using the growth potential in the emerging region and strongly linking itself into the market there.

Our clients profit from this relationship by shorter paths to delivery, local support and the removal of import duties. Air core chokes for outdoor application and low-voltage chokes are produced in Bangalore. The designs originate from Aachen, and all quality tests and test procedures correspond to the headquarters' specifications.
